1. Acceptance
By accessing lawkadesecurity.com or the ARGUS platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Authorized use
LawKade provides security assessment services exclusively on an authorized basis. All active testing, scanning, investigation, and assessment activity is performed only against targets for which LawKade holds documented, signed authorization from the asset owner.
You may not use LawKade services, the ARGUS platform, or any capabilities provided through them to perform any action against systems, networks, or people for which authorization has not been obtained.
3. Account responsibilities
Platform accounts are provisioned by LawKade to authorized individuals within client organizations. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying LawKade promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Ensuring your use of the platform complies with your organization's authorization scope
Account credentials may not be shared with others or used to access data outside your organization's engagement scope.
4. Prohibited uses
You may not use our website, platform, or services to:
- Perform security testing against targets you do not have documented authorization to test
- Access, extract, or interfere with another organization's data on the ARGUS platform
- Attempt to escalate privileges, bypass authentication, or access functionality outside your role
- Submit false, misleading, or malicious content through forms or the platform
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to discover source code or credentials used in our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or stress-test our public website beyond normal browsing
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable law

5. Intellectual property
LawKade retains all intellectual property rights in the ARGUS platform, methodology, and website content. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to LawKade intellectual property beyond the limited access required to use the services as described.
Reports and findings produced for your organization during an engagement are delivered for your organization's use. LawKade retains the right to retain anonymized, aggregated insights for internal platform improvement.
6. Service availability
LawKade makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure updates, and events outside our control may cause interruptions. Module status is available at lawkadesecurity.com/status.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LawKade Security LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or subcontractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the website, the ARGUS platform, or any services provided under a statement of work, even if LawKade has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall LawKade's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services exceed the total fees actually paid by you to LawKade in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Where no fees have been paid (for example, use of the public website only), LawKade's aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD

8. Suspension and termination
LawKade may suspend or terminate platform access at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been violated, an engagement has concluded, or access poses a security risk. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you unless doing so would compromise a security investigation.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or the services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by notifying LawKade in writing at legal@lawkadesecurity.com. LawKade will attempt to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may pursue the remedies set out below.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or confidential information obligations. You agree that any such proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
